Universe spoke to me this morning, after a restful nights sleep. "We are all connected to each other, the planet, and the world, Maria.           This is why we need to extend more compassion and kindness, and to stand by others without judgement. It is here love can flow from source, as the divine mediator between heaven and earth.                  Through open hearts, into the world, and shine a brilliant light, like the sun!                 From which, like a seed in dirt,  life sprouts from the darkness of the warming earth, when it is time to come out of hibernation.                     FLOW with desires that stimulate creative passions. It is here you manifest successes, and abundance. Do it with HUMOR. ...with so much seriousness, GO OUT AND PLAY!                 ...

      I entered the healing profession, because I'm a natural born caregiver.       I've also had to learn the art of self-care, and self-love, so my own needs are met first. New mantra includes: Take care of my body. Take care of my space. Take care of others.                                      A mindful.  Energy purposefully driven approach.      Chakras are our energy organs, both subtle and Phyical, effect us in a psychological, spiritual aspects. Our ROOT chakra is red, and manages our sexuality,passions, MONEY, safety, physicality, and life force. Our Sacral Chakra is orange, and manages our feelings, creativity, even emotional apathy. Our Solar Plexus is Yellow, and manages our personal power, structure, administration, thoughts, and cognitive empathy. Our Heart chakra is green, and manages our LOVE, heart,...

Aloha Ohana, 20 years in the profession, takes its toll on many levels. honestly... Today I asked spirit for signs. I immediately see the words,  "DON'T QUIT."  and  "sacred earth massage treatments" Then... "Far from Done" "Find a way to find opportunity for change" "deeper awareness" ...so with that, I'm changing the way I practice massage/bodywork.                     Dress comfortably, maybe sweats?!! Bring a water bottle, you need hydration.       When you arrive, take your shoes off. Breathe. :) you will wash your hands in sea water, then rinse in a bowl of infused rose quartz waters. The feet will soak in sea water infused with rose quartz, and moon water. You will be looking out to the ocean, listening to the waves lapping against the shoreline. Coming home to self is when you find peace within.  As I come home to self,        I can live at peace with others. I can not allow temporary situations to fire up my emotions, throwing me off balance, as I have in the past. And in the muck of this, I learned, that life is not what you are given, but what we create! What we conquer, and achieve. Part of me tucks away the pains, the negative memories and experiences, the traumas. As if they never happened. When truly they shaped me,  resilience, now my middle name. I am trying my best to move gracefully in all ways, always. In doing so, things may appear effortless, smooth, easy. I do better staying positive, and surrounding myself with like minded individuals. Uplifting spirits. I thrive, like a plant, with water, sunshine, time, and nutrients. In these revealing times, so much is being uncovered, both internally and externally. AUM empowerment for universal energy. We are divinely supported in this darkness, this LIVING HELL here in the school of life. Darkness entered, and it wasn't mine to hold. Wash away... Spirit asked me to sit in meditation... said to quiet myself. to let go . Spirit began to ask me about:  r emembrance , and all that I have gone thru in souls's body.
