Aloha Ohana,
20 years in the profession, takes its toll on many levels.
honestly...
Today I asked spirit for signs.
I immediately see the words,
"DON'T QUIT." and
"sacred earth massage treatments"
Then...
"Far from Done"
"Find a way to find opportunity for change"
"deeper awareness"
...so with that, I'm changing the way I practice massage/bodywork.
Dress comfortably, maybe sweats?!! Bring a water bottle, you need hydration.
When you arrive, take your shoes off. Breathe. :) you will wash your hands in sea water, then rinse in a bowl of infused rose quartz waters.
The feet will soak in sea water infused with rose quartz, and moon water.
You will be looking out to the ocean, listening to the waves lapping against the shoreline.
You will begin to breathe deeply, and allow yourself to relax and let go.
Unwind.
It is here you begin to find your way home, back to you.
We will chat, maybe, depending, on what spirit instructs me.
We will stretch, yoga, and using foam rollers and lacrosse balls.
I have embedded sound healing, aromatherapy, and many modalities in my tool box, we will be lead by spirit for your highest good.
It might mean we are strengthening muscles with pilates equipment, or utilizing ANF therapy or cupping!
endless possibilities for your wellness, and restored health, holistically.
I highly encourage you to walk along Beach Drive, or Alki Beach. You will find relaxation here. Make the most of your time.
All sessions will intuitively instructed. It may or may not be what you are expecting, it will be what you need according to your guides.
Some will come for words of wisdom and messages,
some will come for tarot and divine readings,
some will come for energy treatments,
some will come to meditate, and quiet.
Some will come to do pilates and some will come to do yoga, and some will come to do sunset sound bath healing, some will come for stretchrassage.
They will come, and I will serve best in healing with divine guidance's assistance.
