Medicine For The Soul.

   

It was the end of another beautiful day on the Big Island of Hawaii. I nestle up to a tall palm tree to watch the sunset from the golf coarse on the bay. To have the time to watch the sunset, is a cherished moment.


I begin to reflect on my day, and give thanks for the wonderful enlightenments continuing to develop. Today I mastered a few shadows, on my inner journey into new wisdom. I keep being asked by Goddess to "break Fear" and "have courage"... and "say YES".


I breathe the salty sea air, and let the winds release what is no longer serving me in my life, letting go. It is the time to end shadow games, as to unfetter myself from toxins of generations past. I breathe deeper now, as I mindfully recover in exotic smells of nature. The insights flooding in were gifts of protection, courage, and certainty. I could feel my own thoughts moving gracefully, like water, and exploring my soul in the cosmology of the shaman. I begin to drift, inter dimension travel is calling me to the upper and lower worlds, my higher states of awareness activated...and everything is changing from old to new.


Another spectacular sunset, I exhale slowly, and I lay my body fully on the golfing green to turn my gaze up to the heavens, so I can comfortably admire the stars. Each one singing brightly in the dark Hawaiian night sky. Mesmerized by their beauty, twinkling back at me. I had only closed my eyes for a moment, and I was lured to rest my tired soul by the rhythmic swells, as the waves hit the shore. Soon I was riding a rainbow of chakra colors, and I felt the Goddess laying next to me. "I am here assisting you to create changes to align with your life's purpose, I need you to be open to new ideas. This is a great time of personal transformation for you, honor the person you want to be; and eliminate everything that is no longer essential to this transformation. You will find what you are looking for. Courage comes from the heart, Maria, keep a warm heart. You have inner strength grounded by love, which seeks truth and justice. Have the courage to be your true self. Have more respect for yourself. Have less judgement on yourself. This will empower you, so you can share your gifts, let them shine! Let down your walls. Trust the fearless part of you. Find your own inner love."

My focus in my minds eye, is the lotus flower. It is white. The lotus flower is an old and significant symbol in many religions, The meaning of the lotus flower comes from the way the flower grows in nature. It starts off as a bud underwater, often in murky ponds, and grows until it emerges from the muddy waters in a beautiful blooming flower.I am reminded of self when I get this vision.

Each time I come to Hawaii, I bloom a little more than previous. I learn by experience.This time the blossoms are opening, and I am ready to emerge. It is Spring, and I can feel the new life of possibilities. Flowers thrive when conditions are good. Rebuilding light and joy, trusting the fearless part of me to solve challenges with innate wisdom, compassion, kindness and love.

Gathering flowers for healing, expressing gratitude for life. Healing angers and resentment, the poisons I was asked to drink, the karmic debts of ancestors pasts. None of these belonged to me, and none of them I will continue to hold. It is not my fault, these are not my shames, nor burdens to carry.

Gathering flowers to renew, to restore the path, time to open, and advance... I ask in prayer. Help me to face my suffering, so I can be present and available to life, aHelp me find my way, to compassion, hold my hand, as I walk on the path next to you.

Gathering flowers, each peddle reaching into the sun, needs to be watered, nurtured, talked to, in order to cultivate and grow. I can see my reflection in the ocean, and indeed I am a lotus flower.

The Lotus flower symbolizes clarity of heart as well as the mind. The Lotus flower represents strength, good luck, long life as well as honor and respect. It is a universal representation of the spiritual presence in human lives.

The goddess chimes in, "ADVANCE thru inner clear thoughts.. Have new discipline, and balance that with PLAY. It is time to cultivate, grow and flourish. Use the tools available. The best way to interact with humans is to treat others how you want to be treated. We are all interconnected. I will send you on your next quest, listen for the morning rooster, it is here you will get a vision to find what you are looking for.

Focus your intentions on what you are looking for, so they can show up!"

     What you give to other you give to you, give kindness, and compassion, it is free, and it feels good to do. IN this we are taking care of self, and you...the neighbor, which in turn, is us taking care of us. So the message is to take care of self. Self confidence is coming from a place of knowing you are always lovable. The secret to happiness is to acknowledge and transform suffering, not to run away from it. So going within the dark shadows as to release the past of entanglement. Learning the art of stopping, mindful breathing, and deep concentration. This generates energy of mindfulness within our daily lives, so we can embrace pain, trauma, challenges and calm it down gracefully, where we can instantly find a measure of freedom, a clearer mind, and a place to blossom. My divine feminine supports our receptive nurturing allowing it to express itself freely, connecting us to all of creation. My wish for me, is my wish for you; May you nurture you, and Inspire those that desire change around you.

And just like the Cowardly Lion, in The Wizard Of Oz, the Goddess reminds me,

"my darling, what you were searching for you had all along. Courage and heart."




Just then, I could feel cold water splashing over my body. With a jolt my eyes open. I am face down in the grass, on the golf coarse, and the water, is the sprinkler system, which is set to water the lawn, before the golfers show up to play. The ocean still humming in the dark morning, as I squish thru the heavily watered lush field. The birds beginning to fill the air with their songs of hope, and promise for future success. Goddess whistling creatively with a crescendo, "from a small voice of the inner child that had no choice, but to accept the punishments handed to her unknowing of the repercussions, had set herself free today, like the lotus blooming in the mud, and that is a sheer victory."






I smile, as I humbly make my way into a refreshing shower to wash off the previous day, and the grass from the golf coarse I had just spent the night on. This is a time to learn, grow, and change! Enjoying the nourishment life gives me. Listening to what my luminous warrior's soul desires.


READY TO FOCUS ON MY LIGHT. I will never hide in my darkness again. I will cast no shadows, for my focus is to be radiant, like the sun. My power, is in speaking my truth. It is time to step into my power...wisdom...and beauty. Intention follows attention.






Goddess speaks to me: "feed your light with more light".
