Stretchrassage Benefits

My innovative Stretchrassage class is something everyone needs to do.
     For twenty years I have been in the massage and healing industry. 
     This is a 20 year accumulation of many of the continued education classes combined: like Thai massage, sound healing, aromatherapy, meditation and yin yoga incorporated into one experience.
     This class is useful for every human with a body! It is restorative class, a place where you can slow down, unwind, and relax.
    This is a safe place to let go of daily stresses, and just allow the soothing SPACE heal you.
      I see this class as a way to maintain your vessel, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. 
    Stretchrassage is a good way to let your one on one massage session with Maria Toro last even longer. This is  great maintenance for your body, everybody!

     This class is exclusive, and is limited to the amount of students per class, so each individual gets personalized attention.

         As you are led thru a full body stretching series, holding each pose for 3-5 minutes, during which, each student receives massage! This time allows you to go inward. It gives you space to impact your emotions and behaviors. Going inward heals. Accepting yourself as you are right now.Listening to your needs, loving yourself, addressing your attachments, and emotional history, and learn to let go, and follow your intuition, and find your essence.

     You will leave feeling complete, whole, and grounded in a limber...flexibly body.
Be brave enough to do what is wise in self-care, and self-love. Your answer should be "YES" !

    The most challenging thing is to begin. To make a commitment to yourself, that you will honor, respect, and love yourself. That you will show up.

      Begin living the life you have been fighting and working so hard for, don't Gove up on yourself, or your dreams. All of the blessings are coming! This is a great plan to hold you accountable, a relaxing place that we all sometimes need to let go, breathe, trust, and see what happens while flowing with yourself.
Experience stillness, so you can hear the small inner voice of intuition inside you, connect.
    Osho said, "If you cannot relax, you cannot participate in existence."
    Therefore, relaxation needs to be a vital focus of attention in each of our lives.

   The more you take care of yourself, the more you attract all the things meant for you in this life!
   Practice setting the intention of showing up, and caring for your vessel in a loving, restorative manner. Stick to it. The more you cultivate discipline for self-care, your commitment to self, and self-love...you begin to focus on what is really important, your health! And by taking care of  yourself, you will find this effects all aspects of your life. 

     Protect your energy, be mindful of this! Find ways to fill your tank, so you can give from a full place.

     In Stretchrassage, Maria will educate you on your body along the way, so you can become more in touch with yourself. Learn your anatomy. Learn proper body mechanics, and functional movement patterns

. Allow your body to heal itself.

     Allow the slowness to regulate your nervous system, and lengthen your muscles. Create healthy habits. Practice easing tension. Be aware of how your daily habits either cause tension or relaxation. Tune into your body here. 
   STRETCHRASSAGE allows mindfulness in ways to help you sleep, and reduce tension in your body.  

    The power of sound, and smell, lifts our vibrations, and helps the body and mind to relax further.  We can delve even deeper into the nervous system, to calm, and become clearer in thought/mind. 
   Sometimes we will use foam rollers, lacrosse balls to really get into, and loosen the fascia, which is a connective tissue.
The time is NOW to take care of you. DO it with an accomplished bodywork expert in her field.
     Essence is defined as, the most significant quality aspect of a thing or person, essence is essentially you. I see exploring essence as a critical part of self-care.
      So if you are one to frantically try and keep up with the rushing pace of life, and the crazy holidays stresses, consider...breaking up with feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or injuries.

      Instead allow the essence as a path of self discovery. This allows time and space to reveal all things, places, people that ampify our joy. Create harmony within, AND in all relationships. Stretchrassage is a way to lay a foundation of self appreciation, respect, and self-love.

I currently offer Stretchrassage classes on Monday and Wednesday and 9am.
Pay at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes early, doors close promptly at 9, and will not open, as to not disturb an entire class. Bring your mat, or rent one of ours for $3.
