Wellness Protocols

     As a bodyworker, my desire is to help you recover from injuries, and aid in healing. Your health is my priority while we work together. I enjoy educating my clients, and being apart of the wellness journey. More than anything, I want  my clients to take responsibility for their health, and wellness by discovering how great they feel when they decide to take care of their bodies with massage, Pilates, Yoga, stretching, meditation, and energetic bodywork modalities.

    I personally discovered massage at 17. It changed my life. I had no idea I could walk away feeling so amazing naturally!!!

 Massage enhanced my sleep, 
             how I felt in day to day life, 
                         and my athletic performance while running or riding horses.

I was instantly hooked on bodywork, and understood the value it presented to my overall lifestyle. 

     Massage is the most natural way to recover from injuries, and provide complete wellness to the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

     Massage is a powerful antidote to pain, its a healthy choice when getting back up to normal, or better..optimal! Better mobility,  and better functionality.

     My preference is when clients seek out massage for wellness, opposed to coming in while injured.

     *One of the reasons I stay away from insurance billing, nor discount my services, is because oftentimes, those clients will stop seeking treatment after coverage runs out. Or if a discount/sale is not present. I think this is such a poor choice, and philosophy to live life by. 

....You are done with your 10 sessions, thanks so much, never see you again....bye-bye.

We need to take care of our vessels, all of the time.

It needs to be a lifestyle, a mindset.
                                                                 IT just IS.

    Massage is essential, like brushing our teeth.
