Happiness is life's most cherished goal, and in recent years, scientists have reached the overwhelming conclusion that yes, it's possible to change our happiness levels. Scientists have determined that your happiness level is a result of a complex interaction of genes, behaviors, and life circumstances, yet when we promote positive emotional qualities, such as kindness and mindfulness, some skills we can learn through training, so that over time, we can build lasting habits that increases our resilience factor, and improves our happiness levels.
