FLOW

 Aloha Ohana,

In the words of the great Bruce Lee, 

“Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. 

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

Water symbolizes purifications, regeneration, birth, revival...NEWNESS; and we are invited to watch our emotions, the ebb and flow of events.

Go with water as in...cleanse unwanted energies, making way for new processes.

Once we REconnect with our feelings, we develop communication with our Phyical form not based on addiction, compulsion, fear, gluttony or selfishness.

 

      The Goddess HINA was found in the rough sea by the coral, rising from the depths of the ocean, and rode the rainbow to the moon. When HINA shows up, healing begins in all gray areas of the unknown; thus developing our individual full potential. Hina asks us to submerse self into the gray light of uncertainty, with full FLOW of emotions, riding the rainbow of risks! 

       In order for something to grow, it must be nurtured, allowing self to FEEL.

And how we feel depends on mental attitude!

How we approach a situation determined outcome, our mind determines how our day unfolds.

Be discerning on how we think, conquer moods.

To make your mind up, that you will not be CONTROLLED by mood/emotions.

Shift to love.

Shift back to positive happiness, out outlook is good.

Focus on inner being serene and peaceful.

Happiness, fulfillment and purpose in life are all concepts, that if we lack inner peace and serenity... we have nothing.

We are all infinitely connected to each other, just as to the earth, our planet.

We are all here to do WORK, beyond the income... what we are really here to do. 

The time is now to mindfully combine all of knowledge, and gifts on the physical, and spiritual plane to align.

We are on the right path...

Everything is in proper balance, as it should be.
