Everything is vibration and frequency.

     The frequency of realization supports our internal process of becoming aware of our heart- centered truth. The frequency of realization supports our external process of becoming our highest expression in soul body.

As we are still RE-phasing, so this REALIZATION...

is part of the Universal process of healing and ascension. *meaning do we operate from a place of FEAR or LOVE.

    AS we move forward, be mindful,  recognizing where are we operating from?!!

      Remember we are divinely nurtured and supported. Remember this as we are moving along our paths alone, and with others.

One of the quickest ways to higher levels of awareness, and one of the most POWERFUL things you can do for yourself on a spiritual path, is to learn to forgive self. To forgive instantly lightens our load.      REMEMBER... Everything is vibration and frequency.

All of this goes back to same question...what do you want?

This realization! To remember!

Take this time to rest, rejuvenate, and realize what you want moving forward.

With careful planning, and a moderate approach, we are setting ourselves up now for future successes.

In Hawaiian culture, Mamalahoe is compassion, represented by a splintered paddle that didn't take King Kamehameha out during a secret battle. This energetically represents the balance of ego, and taking care of own needs. Ultimately to develop self confidence.

When we are reminded to continue on journey with confidence and compassion; knowing all roads lead to spirit. What you bring to the journey...will determine your path of suffering, wisdom, bliss or total loss. Choose mindfulness, forgive, come from a place of love.

                              Pick a path with HEART.

Venture in, let nature guide you through the steps of darkness until you reach your destination. If you trust your heart, the path takes you where you want to go.

  Aloha Ohana, If you are doing the INNER work;  great shifts are happening. LEVELING UP. Having A PEACEFUL MIND, FOCUSED ON HARMONY, and not harming others, IS STRONGER THAN ANY Phyical force in the universe. Allow.  PEACE. Allow the universe to be your partner. RElease past ideals that no longer serve you. RElease fake friends, disrespectful, parasitic, dark energies. Stand up for self, use voice. This is a time of completion of cycles, as we shift from old to new. KARMIC SHIFTS.  As we shift, those that once were close, begin to drift away. We can THANK them for the LESSONS they shared, and for giving us higher perspectives with better view points. Some situations, people have taught us to USE OUR VOICES!
