Foundations In HOME.

 We must move thru our fears, to be  agents of change.

                             With destruction come creation.

Shifts, major shifting....

plunging us out of comfort zone..

One must believe in self to overcome challenges/obstacles.

The right outlook, goes a long ways too!

One thing often unnoticed, is the NEED to 

CLEAR our ENERGY.

*A daily habit should consist of clearing ones energy of unwanted lower vibrations; within self/aura and thoughts/environment.

We cleanse each by aligning self with highest purpose.

                                                  ALIGN with the DIVINE.

                                                                              Balance chakras.

                                                            Down time.

                   Quiet, stillness, SILENCE.

Fierce jog, and singing aloud.

                                       EPSOM SALT soaks, showers, fresh air.

               Incense, essential oils, sage bring rituals, 

Bells, gongs, singing bowls also work well.

                                                Regular mediation, 

                                                            and asking for guidance, 

remembering to LISTEN...

when they ask you to clear away the things that benefit you, as an offering...that sweet release.

To give is to receive. Let go of old to obtain the new.

     It is in times of uncertainty, we often search, cling, grasp, hold, linger to what was...

The shift begins when we lighten our grip, allow the grasp to

let go, and allow, this flow...freedom to exist, as it is.

In moving into a new way...

grasping for old ways of security no longer work for us.

So THANKFUL that Spirit allowed a longer sleep for me last evening, and in doing so, delivered a message of relief.

Spirit asked me to evaluate my security in home, and knowing.

Spirit asked to loosen my grip, and allow this new found possibility that:

I am,

what my life has been FOUNDED on: HEALING.

A secure foundation! Lifetimes in the making.

      Look at your foundation, if you see cracks, fix them: the mend is perception, and changing the way you think. 

Security and strength, and what grounds you is a place, 

    and way of life. NOT only where you are living now, but...the way you are living.

The consistence of behaviors must align with values, and beliefs. It is here, that you are: HOME.

Spirit reminded me that Evaluating self is vital to growth and expansion, and when we find faults in our foundations: mending/ fixing that is necessary, and change is new beginnings on horizon will continue.

     Spirit remind me in Recognizing this is taking action of the groundwork needed to allow deepest desires to fruition...All conditions are perfect, and here: thoughts emerge into world form.

            Hearing the Healing call of the journey, the inner path.

The path to the heart.

Here we discover our greatest strengths of all, this deep connection to higher self, inner guidance, and beyond...spiritually.

Others may be stunned or surprised by your outward choices, this may throw you off balance momentarily, 

regroup,

 continue to allow the heart to lead the way.

                     Life unfolds in synchronic, magic ways.

Allow the heart to lead.

        Universal love is activated when we connect with each other, the planet, and all of existence.

          Spirit said, "Remember the magic we all hold inside". 

*Access this ancient knowledge, and allow the change, and transformations to occur magically.
